I painted a big huge house (I'll probably post soon) I'm so excited
Finally got around to organizing all my copics. So many of them were dry 😭 The dreaded lid crack on most them. All the rest were my favorite colors (Blues!) Although I suppose that's what you get when you've had them since 2016. It's nice to finall
Finally got around to organizing all my copics. So many of them were dry 😭 The dreaded lid crack on most them. All the rest were my favorite colors (Blues!) Although I suppose that's what you get when you've had them since 2016. It's nice to finally have them all swatched. Although there's a few mistakes in the ordering that drive me crazy. Too late to fix it now 🤷‍♀️ My cat was very excited to mess with my markers when they were laid out. Some of the mistakes are actually his own special additions mid organizing. I suppose that's what I get for doing it on the floor. #copic #organizing #cat
Pronghorn! The closest relatives to these fellas is giraffes, I can see it the more I draw them. They are literally the hardest little suckers to draw. They are everywhere, I see them everyday but I have no clue how to draw them. What a funky ungula

What you mean I hate siding now? I have been painting the same rectangles over and over for like 4 days now. I'm bout ready to commit a crime. #delapidatedbuilding #pattern #urbandecay
Lucky enough to pick up some photos of this school house before it collapses. Had some *really* bright water based markers and a random pick of colored pencils. Illustrated a really bright version 😅

Managed to scribble out this jackalope doodle with some water based markers and colored pencils on the long road trip I'm on. The other works are from a gallery show I did and forgot to post about oops. The theme was white which I throughly enjoyed.

Jackrabbits have been occupying my mind lately. Probably gonna make a few more pieces of this concept. Who knows I'm very busy lately 😅 Enjoy!
My practice for my next work. Got really inspired by the inkwork by the artists at my most recent show. The theme is of the next show is white. There's some photos of a leucistic barn owl named casper floating around 👀 Very excited 😁

Gouache

This piece depicts an unmarked building above South Pass City, WY. Time withers away the building. In old photos, this cabin was one of four, which stood next to the Cuba mine. Now only it remains, awaiting collapse. The mine next to it is now filled in, notable for being the mine, which a murder victim was thrown into. His body was discovered by the sheriffs son, who was a 10 year old. He was lowered down by rope, only to find the mans death was not an accident but a murder.
